Chuck was born on November 30, 1941 in Ottesen, Iowa to Ralph and Merla (Spurlock) Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Arlys J Cooper and grandchild, Caleb Cooper.
Chuck married Ruth A. Leget on June 24, 1962. She survives of the home.

Many nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
He enjoyed farming and stayed close to his farming roots by collecting antique tractors. Olivers were his favorite brand with a model “77” being the one he liked driving the most. He was a member of the Hart Parr Oliver Collector Association and enjoyed attending tractor show and pulls. He also enjoyed collecting farm toys and attended many local toy shows.
He graduated from Sutherland High School in Sutherland, Iowa and then served in the Iowa Army National Guard. After moving to Missouri in 1966, he was a row crop and dairy farmer. He also worked as a night supervisor at Ithaca Gun Co. He was a self-employed electrician and sold and serviced grain bins until his retirement. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cameron. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed taking them on ATV, UTV, and tractor rides. The family pond was a special gathering place for fishing and cookouts.
