Frank was born on May 9, 1922 in Excelsior Springs, Missouri to Fred and Lena (Fink) Wilson.
He married Ann G. Anderson in 1950, and to that union 7 children were born.
Frank served in the United State Navy for 23years, a veteran of World War II, retiring in 1963 as a Chief Boatswains Mate. For the last 40 years, he enjoyed gardening and raising cattle in Ridgeway then in Cameron, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles, Joe, Woodrow, Henry, Roy and Fred; sisters, Anna, Nora, and Jenny.
Survivors: wife, Ann Wilson, of the home; son, Gary (Debbie) Wilson, Emporia, KS; 3 daughters, Gail Wilson, Lawson, Gaylynn Wilson, Lawson and Glynis (James) Dotson, Kidder; 2 sisters, Alleatha Clark, Kansas City, MO and Ruth Reynolds, Ottawa, KS; good friend, Jerry Wattenbarger, Cameron. Left behind to cherish his memory are his 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services: 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2014 at the Missouri Veteran’s Home, Cameron. Visitation: 1-2:00 PM, prior to the service. Burial: Mirabile Cemetery, Mirabile, MO.
