Lucille Marie (Boeh) Studer, 96, St. Joseph, Missouri, formerly of Troy, Kansas died Friday, January 31, 2014 at a local healthcare facility.
She was born November 5, 1917 to William and Johanna (Shalz) Boeh in Wathena, Kansas.
She married Harold C. Studer on June 26, 1935. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Lucille was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and volunteered in her early years at the soup kitchen at the church.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bernard Boeh; half-brother, Thomas Boeh; and half-sister, Patricia Boeh.
Survivors: daughters, Jeanene Gill (Bill), Topeka, Kansas, Darlene Fanning, Tucson, Arizona, Pauline Mitchell, Platte City, Missouri, Kathleen Goerlitz, Maryville, Missouri and Marlene Spargo (Steve), Grants Pass, Oregon; son, Roger Studer (Linda), Olathe, Kansas; twenty grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; half-sister, Genevieve Duagen, Tucson, Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 A.M. Monday, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wathena, Kansas. Parish Rosary 2:00 P.M.
