Ralph F. Kieser, 91, St. Joseph, Missouri died Sunday, June 15, 2014.
He was born August 8, 1922 at the family farm outside Cosby, Missouri, the son of Charles and Lydia Kieser.
Ralph graduated from Central High School in 1939. He served 3 ½ years with the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. Ralph married Mary Louise Kline on August 17, 1944. He graduated from Northwest Missouri State College in Maryville, Missouri.
Ralph retired from the I.R.S Intelligence Division in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1974 and moved to Florida. They were hospital volunteers in Florida. Ralph and Mary also enjoyed traveling in numerous countries and islands. They returned to St. Joseph, Missouri in 2002. Ralph was a member of Wyatt Park Baptist Church.
Ralph and Mary have two children, Gary (Susan) of Carmichael, California, and Linda (Paul, deceased) of Fairfield, Iowa. Their three grandchildren are Andrew Kieser, currently of Germany, Allison Kieser of Sacramento, California, and Justin Talley of Boulder, Colorado. Ralph is also survived by his cat Precious.
Memorial Services: 1:00 P.M. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
