Richard “Rich” Lundberg, 72, St. Joseph, Missouri died Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Cameron Veterans Home.
He was born November 10, 1941 to Robert and Evelyn (Schenk) Lundberg in Rockford, Illinois.
Rich married Barbara Domanski on March 2, 1984. She survives of the home.
Mr. Lundberg retired from Quaker Oats as an Information Services Manager. He was a present member of the East Side Lions Club and served as Past District Governor 26F along with being Past President and Past Secretary of Host Lions Club. He also served on many state level Lions committees. Rich was a member of the American Legion, Moila Shrine, United Way, Past Board President of the Food Bank, Past Board President of Shelter Workshop, Past Charter Member of Molia Pipes and Drums, and helped with InterServ Mobile Meals. Mr. Lundberg served in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Marilyn.
Survivors: wife, Barbara; daughters, Debbie Gass (Doug) and Denise Campbell; son, Paul Lundberg (Jennifer); eight grandchildren; twin sister, Donna Blankfield (Leo); sister-in-law, Holli Head (Dennis); mother-in-law, Teresa Domanski; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:00 A.M. Saturday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Private Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory, where friends may call after 5:00 P.M. Friday. Flowers are appreciated.
