(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) After a story last week on KQ2 about his unique job search, an area man has found employment.

Joshua Willey and his wife recently moved to Wathena from Texas and Joshua struggled to find work. So, he stood on the corner of the Belt and Cook for days with a sign saying, "I need a good job."

After the story aired, Willey said he received numerous calls and texts from potential employers.

"Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Insurance type stuff, to construction work, to truck driving. Got all sorts of people trying to help out," Willey said.

From those leads, Willey is happy to report he has found a job.
