Bacon Beer Sliders
Mix together in a large bowl the following:
1 pound ground beef
6 oz. chopped bacon, pre-cooked until crispy
3 oz. beer (any kind)
1 cup bread crumbs
Form into small burgers and pan fry (in the bacon grease) if you want extra goodness, or just in a regular pan.
Cook to desired doneness.
160 degrees is safest.
Present on a dinner roll-sized roll of your choice.
