Beef Stroganoff

2 lb ground beef

8 oz mushrooms

2 medium onions

1 garlic minced

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 beef broth

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Worchester sauce

1/4 cup flour

1 1/2cup sour cream

3 cups cooked noodles


Melt butter in skillet and sauté onion, garlic.  Add ground beef and mushrooms continue cooking.  Add salt, Worchester sauce and one cup broth.  Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.  Add sour cream and flour stir till thick pour over noodles and enjoy
