Boneless fried chicken & Honey Sauce

1 lb boneless chicken breasts

1 Cup flour (may add a large pinch of turmeric for color)

2 eggs 

1 cup milk

 oil for cooking

s and p to taste


Whisk together eggs and milk, soak chicken for a minute or 2,

Dredge in flour (if you have time refrigerate for a couple hours and the flour will stick better)

Fry in medium hot oil until golden, about 3 minutes per side 


Honey saffron sauce

1/4 cup cream 

1/2 oz honey

Pinch saffron

1 t chicken base

Mix and heat in sauce pan till hot and all combined.
