Breakfast of Champions

2 c. lard or bacon grease
1 pkg. baloney, sliced thinly
2 potatoes
2 eggs

Fry the baloney in lard until just crispy.
Fry the potatoes in the lard until brown and crispy.
Cook the eggs gently in the lard, using a spoon to baste the tops.
