Calamari with Tomatoes

1 lb calamari (cut to rings)
2T olive oil
1/4 onion diced
1/4 cup white wine
1 clove garlic
pepper flakes optional
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Heat oil and wine in pan, add calamari, cook a minute or 2 until just heated through.
remove. Cook the rest of ingredients together then combine with the calamari.
Serve with pasta or bread.
