1 cup prepared rice
1 cup refried black beans
16 oz. chicken (cooked and seasoned)
8 oz. cheese
Heat tortilla, divide rice, beans and chicken into 4 equal servings. Build the burrito starting with the rice on bottom then top with beans and chicken. Sprinkle each with 2 oz. of cheese and top with optional topping such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream or guacamole. Fold up and enjoy!
