Caramel Rum Bananas

Caramel Rum Bananas

- 1 cup raw sugar
- 2-3 bananas
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup spiced rum
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- vanilla ice cream,waffles or pancakes to serve on

- Heat pan on med heat
- Add sugar and cook until caramelized, being carful not to burn sugar
- Slice bananas and add to caramelized sugar, toss to coat,
- Add butter and stir till melted
- Add rum and light on fire, carefully
- When flame has gone, add milk and lightly toss,
- Serve at once
