Chicken Pita Sandwiches

For the chicken:
- 1 lb chicken thigh meat, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

For the Sandwiches:
- 1 package pita bread
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt


Directions:
- Combine all ingredients for the chicken inside a large container and let marinate overnight.
- Heat a large pan over med-high heat and add chicken and marinade.
- Stir mixture to keep chicken separated and cook until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens.
- Serve in pita bread with tomato, onion cheese and yogurt for sauce.
