Chocolate Truffles

1 cup heavy cream
1 stick butter
1 and 1/4 (20oz.) pounds chocolate chips

Bring cream and butter to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Whisk in chocolate until smooth.
Chill until solid.
Scoop into balls of desired size and coat with
a mixture of cocoa powder and powered sugar, or any other coating that you may like.
