Fettuccine Mediterranean

pinch of crushed pepper
4-5 T. olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 T. capers
7-10 or 12 Kalamata olives
2-4 oz. Feta cheese
1 lb. Fettuccine
4 nice fresh tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
salt & pepper
pinch of oregano

Saute garlic and capers with crushed pepper with olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add olives, tomatoes and oregano. Let cook for 3-4 minutes. Season. Meanwhile, cook pasta. When ready, drain and toss with mixture. Add Feta as you toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!
