Frank's Beef Stroganoff

12 oz sliced mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 c beef broth
2 tbsp worechestorshire sauce
1 c sour cream
2 tsp corn starch
salt & pepper to taste

 Saute' mushrooms and set aside. Saute onions and then brown the ground beef till cooked,add mushrooms, add mustard, garlic, broth, some broth mixed with corn starch till dissolved,  sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper, stir and mix well and ready to serve on pasta, rice or your choice .
