Grilled Cheese with Pulled Pork Sandwich

Sliced bread of your choice.
1/4 lb. leftover pulled pork, or take any leftover meat from BBQ.
(For the show I pulled some meat off babybacks.)

Slice and saute an onion.
1/4 c. shredded provolone

Butter the outside of the bread.
Put all the ingredients between the slices.

Put in medium hot pan until golden brown.
