1 small onion
4 anchovy fillets
2 T. pine nuts
2 T. raisins
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. spaghetti
1 small can plumb, peeled tomatoes
4-5 T. olive oil
In a pot, boil salted water and add cauliflower for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside when ready. Meanwhile in a skillet with olive oil, have anchovies and onions, saute for 3 minutes. Add pine nuts and raisins and let cook for 3 more minutes. When ready, add tomatoes and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta. When mixture has been simmering, add cauliflower and let cook for 3-4 minutes. When pasta is ready, add to the mixture and toss really good and serve. Add bread crumbs on top as you would use cheese.
For bread crumbs, add 3-4 T. olive oil in a small skillet, add garlic powder, salt and pepper with bread crumbs and toast for 4 minutes. DO NOT BURN!!
