Ralph's Chocolate Truffles

1 stick of butter
1 1/4 lb chocolate chips
1 cup cream

 Melt cream and butter together, then take off heat and
whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth.
Then chill. With ice cream scoop or spoon make into round balls
and then coat in a half cocoa and half powder sugar mixture.
