Steak Salad

1 pound Wells Family Farms 100% Grass fed beef Round Steak

1 medium onion

3 portions of garlic

½ teaspoon of Turmeric

½ teaspoon of Ground Ginger

1 Tablespoon of Grapeseed Oil

Slice Round Steak across the grain in small thin strips, best done when partially defrosted.


Cut onion and garlic to small pieces, add oil to skillet, add sliced round steak, stir on hot skillet surface until all sides are done, approx 10 min.

Serve over a bed of salad.
