Texas Roadhouse Fall off the Bone Ribs

Seasoning:

        ½ cup season salt

          ¼ cup sugar

          1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cooking Liquid

        1 cup water

          ¼ cup liquid smoke

~ Pour water and liquid smoke mixture into bottom of pan, place cookie sheet in bottom of pan. 

~Rub entire slab of ribs with seasoning and place into pan. 

~Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil to retain moisture.

~Cook in oven at 250 degrees for 5 ½ hours, ensure internal temperature is 170 degrees.

~Place slab onto very hot grill, heat “under” side of slab for two minutes, turn and baste with BBQ sauce.  Repeat with “top” side of slab.
