The Bauru:
Split hoagie roll from Roma Bakery.

Fresh sliced roast beef
Fresh hunk or shredded mozzarella
Bleecker Street dill pickles
Sliced tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Bleecker Street Pasta Salad:
2 quarts
Pre-boiled penne pasta or bow tie pasta
Vinaigrette as needed
4 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
juice & zest of a lemon
3/4 c. diced red onion
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

The Bauru:
Toast the split roll. Build sandwich by filling lower bun with sliced pickles, mozzarella, & tomatoes. Then add sliced roast beef. Season to taste with salt & pepper to taste.
Re-toast in oven until cheese is melted and sandwich is warmed through. Slice on the bias.

Pasta Salad:
Boil penne in rolling salted water until done but not over cooked. Strain and chill. Finely chop parsley & dice red onion and set aside until later. In a large mixing bowl, put chilled penne, red onion & parsley. Zest the lemon into the bowl and the juice of 1/2 of the lemon. Then add halved cherry tomatoes. Start to add vinaigrette until mixture is lightly napped but not over dressed. Toss & season with salt and pepper to taste.
