3 pounds of short ribs
1 cup cut up peppers (bell, sweet or hot) or a mixture of all
1 sweet onion cut up
1 teaspoon of Grape seed oil
Preheat cast iron skillet on medium heat. Add onion and peppers sauté briefly up to 5 min.
Add short ribs and sear all sides.
Put all ingredients in the crock pot on low for the day, or high for half the day
Add Bar-BQ sauce and let it simmer.
