How To Enter:  You must be 18 years old to enter.  Must enter at official entry boxes at business locations.  All entries must have required information.  Any unreadable entries will be thrown out.  You may enter as often as you would, no address labels, or machine duplication of entries will be allowed.  Entries will be received until 5pm on August 7, 2008. Each day beginning July 14, 2008 KQTV will call all locations and ask to draw out one name.  From these names one will be drawn to be the winner for that day.  You may only win once. Winners will be announced Monday-Friday on Your Hometown News at 10.

Conditions:  By entering each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules:  You must be 18 years of age or older to win.  All decisions of KQTV and participating sponsors are final and binding.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.  No substitution of any prize will be made for another prize of equal or greater cash value, nor exchanged for cash at any time, for any reason.  By entering each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in use where legal.  Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner.  Winner must execute all liability release, a Publicity Release; supply all information necessary to fill out a 1099 Tax Form, and any other documentation that the sponsor requires.  Winner must collect prize in person wit h proof of identity at the KQTV studio location.  Void where prohibited by law.  All Federal, state, and local laws apply.  Sponsor(s) accepts no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from the acceptance possession or usage of any prize awarded there under.

Eligibility:  Contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older.  Employees and families of KQ2 and sponsoring agencies are not eligible to win.
