(BURLINGTON JCT., Mo.) All football teams know that injuries are part of the game, but one northwest Missouri team is really feeling the pain.
West Nodaway has 22 students out for football, and through just three weeks, seven of them have been already been hurt at some point this year.
Head coach Matt Shipley says many of them have been concussions.
The hardest part of it all for the Rockets is finding new signal-callers. Shipley says he is on his 4th string quarterback entering week four of the season.
West Nodaway hopes to improve on its 1-2 record this week. The Rockets travel to Mound City Friday.
