The duo shot a 69 in the final round -- two shots better than their first round total -- to win the tournament by five strokes at the St. Joseph Country Club.
It's the fourth win in five years for the pair from Platte City and Lenexa, Kansas.
The say each championship feels different, and it's what makes St. Joe one of their favorite venues.
"We really like coming up here. We look forward to it. It's a well-run event, the course is beautiful, and just always feels good playing here," Priddy said.
"This is kind of a hometown for me, so it's nice to come up here and do well," Herzog said. "We both turn 50 this year, so that puts a different spin on things. It's great to win up here."
This week's tournament marked the 41st playing of the Highland Classic.
