Kids Conquer Free Throw Contest, KQ2 Reporter

Kids ages 9-14 advance to the district round of the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship.
(SAVANNAH, Mo.) The Knights of Columbus Henry Bruns Council 6244 held its fourth annual Free Throw Championship at Savannah Middle School on Sunday.

Over a dozen kids ages 9-14, along with Special Olympics competitors, flocked to Savannah to compete in the contest. A male and female winner from each age group advance to the district round, which pits winners from the Savannah, Maryville, and Conception Junction competitions, to be held in Maryville on Feb. 9th.

After the winners, KQ2 sports reporter Justin Sampson challenged 13-year-old Raygen Morris and 10-year-old Reese Morris to another free throw shootout.
