Oreo Cookie Cake

Oreo Cookie Cake
1 box of Duncan Hines Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2 cups whipping cream
20 oreo cookies
8 oz. of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
4-1oz. squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
Bake cake as directed in 2 9"round cake pans.
Cool 5 minutes in pan and then on wire rack until completly cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth.
Whip 2 cups of whipping cream.
Crush 12 oreo cookies into coarse crumbs in zip lock bag, set aside.
Stir whipping cream into cream cheese, then gently stir in crushed cookies.
Cut each cake into 2 layers.
Place 1/4 icing mixture on between each layer and on top.  
Melt baking squares and butter in a microwave safe bowl
about 2 minutes until butter and chocolate are melted.( Do not over heat choc.)
           Cool 5 minutes.
Crumble remaining cookies and sprinkle across the cake.
Drizzle glaze over top of cake.
Looks nice to put a whole oreo standing in the middle.  
Must be refridgeated.
