4 small cans of Swanson's Chicken Broth
2 T. butter
1/2 t. of Accent
Bring to a full boil.
2 c. plain flour
1/2 t. salt
Make a whole in the center of the flour
and pour in
3/4 c. milk.
Add 1 egg & 2 drops of yellow food coloring.
Start stirring milk and egg slowly until egg is beaten,
then keep stirring until most of flour is incorporated.
Put 1 cup of flour onto counter top.
Pour dough onto the flour and start kneading the dough
until it is not sticky, and fairly firm.
Cut in half, roll out with rolling pin each half.
Should be thin.
Use a pizza cutter and cut into small strips.
Dust strips with a little flour and add to boiling broth.
Be sure to stir each time you add more strips.
Bring broth back to a full boil for about 3or 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy.
