It'd be easy to say today will be frigid, but with a nice southeast wind we will actually warm up well into the 20s - still chilly, but not as bad as it could be.
But all told, Monday is literally the calm before the storm.
The storm that's coming could be quite massive, especially compared to some of the snow storms we've seen in recent memory.
It will begin with light snow late tonight, but some heavy snow is likely at times through the morning and afternoon on Tuesday.
With the possibility that snow could continue overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, a realistic snow total for the entire storm is around 5-8 inches, with more possible if heavy snow lasts longer.
The rest of the week looks absolutely frigid with lows at or below zero, and highs barely in the teens.
We'll also keep an eye on Friday/Saturday for another winter storm; but for now we're focused on the near future and this next round of snowfall to come.
