(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce unveiled a new campaign Wednesday afternoon to attract new businesses and residents to live and work in town.

They are calling the campaign "Life Beyond the Limits."

They plan to hand out new brochures that highlight the city's quality of life and growing retail sector.

The Chamber also unveiled a new video that will be posted on their website.

The Chamber says the video and brochure will be made available to local human resource departments to help with recruitment efforts.

President Patt Lilly says it's another thing the Chamber can do to help out businesses around town.

"We're hopeful that it's just another step we can do to support our existing companies, but also support the goal of getting people to live in St. Joe," he said.

Lilly says that some people from Kansas City may not realize just how close St. Joseph is.

He says events like the Chiefs training camp gives businesses around town a good opportunity to show what the city has to offer.
