Rachael Bittiker is a navigator for Interserv, meaning she helps enroll people for the Affordable Care Act.
Interserv along with Northwest Health Services have been busy helping customers- but not without a glitch.
"Some of them were able to get through the system and then it kind of almost kicks them off to where they can't get any further," stated Bittiker.
Bittiker says she's assisted nearly 400 people sign up for the government's health insurance.
Those who started the application process but were unable to complete it due to technical glitches will be given an additional two weeks to complete the process.
"Just because you can't get through tonight, don't get frustrated you can call us and we can actually have you come in sign that waiver and continue the process on," added Bittikr.
Even if you have trouble applying either online or by phone- you must call someone and let them know you at least tried.
"At least getting your foot in the door because we really need that process to be started or else there's not a whole lot we can do for you going forth," stated Tyler Graff with Northwest Health Services.
Northwest Health Services has also been slammed in the last two weeks. They say they've processed 250 applications and still counting.
"There's only so many counselors and there's so many people trying to get enrolled. We've been trying to divert these people through the marketplace phone number or the website itself," added Graff.
The government says 6 million Americans have signed up since last October.
Although there were glitches with the system Monday- both agencies say it's imperative that customers attempt to start the application.
