Gas Prices Jump 20 Cents in St. Joseph

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Now could be a prime time to hit the pumps, but do your homework before filling up if you want to get the best prices.

According to, there is about a 20-cent difference in prices throughout St. Joseph. The price for a gallon of regular gasoline ranged from about $3.29 to $3.49 Thursday morning.

In Missouri, the average is about $3.42 a gallon.

Across the river in Kansas, drivers are paying about $3.50 on average.
