(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) A major health care company is pouring millions of dollars into its St. Joseph facility.

Bayer announced it will invest $6.5 million dollars into its St. Joseph Supply Center.

The company also plans to combine operations at its three St. Joseph locations into one.

Bayer says the changes could impact personnel over the next one to two years, however, it's too early to determine an impact.

Bayer moved into St. Joseph last year after buying Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
