(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Heartland Health is making changes to some clinical services.

The changes will affect Heartland Hearing Services and the Mobile Care Clinic.

According to Heartland, after May 31, patients of Heartland Hearing Services will be navigated to other service providers in the area.

After June 6, patients of the Mobile Care Clinic will be navigated toward a patient-centered health home within Heartland Clinic Primary Care Services, the primary care services of Northwest Health Services, or to Heartland Urgent Care for pressing, non-emergent, health needs.

Heartland says it is working with the caregivers within both clinics to help them find other employment with the Heartland Health and Mosaic Life Care system.
