(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) Friday the Jackson County prosecutor filed an involuntary manslaughter against a man accused of a deadly beating in the Arrowhead Stadium parking lot.

Joshua Bradley, 25, of Independence, Mo., faces the charge after police say he punched Kyle VanWinkle, 30, of Smithville, Mo., on Dec. 1.

According to police, VanWinkle got into the wrong vehicle during a Chiefs game and was found sleeping inside the car by the owner. After the owner got VanWinkle out of the vehicle, the owner's son asked a group of people nearby for help.

Bradley allegedly punched VanWinkle repeatedly, even after he had fell to the ground. According to court documents, VanWinkle was found bloodied on the pavement where a group of people found him, before performing CPR. He later died at a hospital.

Bradley was in court Friday morning. His bond was set at $75,000.
