The Clinton County Sheriff's Department worked with multiple area drug agencies during the investigation that led them to the home in the 100 block of Concha Street.
Officers served a search warrant at the home on Feb. 20. They seized methamphetamines, more than 600 pills, including pseudoephedrine, along with a portable scale and other drug paraphernalia.
Ronald Roberts was arrested and charged with attempt to manufacture a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine.
According to the prosecutor's office, Roberts faces up to life in prison if convicted on all of the charges.
