Bob has two main goals at KQ2 - the first is to bring Hometown This Morning viewers the most accurate and complete news coverage possible.
The second is to beat Bracciano's on-air longevity record! Being on the air here since 1999, he's catching up!
The morning newscast has a different "feel" than the rest of day and that suits Bob just fine!
"We get to have fun when there's fun to be had," he says.
Bob's dual personality has him working hard behind the scenes when he's not on the air. He grew up learning video/audio, computer and electrical engineering alongside journalism. He maintains and makes improvements to everything technical at KQ2.
When he's not at work, Bob loves to be active. Skiing a mountain or water -- it doesn't matter. That's his passion. He also enjoys swimming and hiking when he's not trying to catch up on sleep! It's a great life for Bob and that's why he's made the Midland Empire his home for so long.
"People within KQ2's reach treat me much better than anyone deserves," says Bob with a grin, "I'm blessed that so many viewers are willing to get up, get the information they need and have some fun with the HTM team beginning at 5:30 every weekday morning!" he adds.
