(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) After a shuffling of attorneys, a civil lawsuit against the St. Joseph School District appears set, though it will take a while to enter a courtroom.

Buchanan County Circuit Judge Randall Jackson scheduled a September, 2015 date for trial in the Beau Musser suit.

Musser alleges the district made up sexual harassment allegations against him in response to Musser raising questions about school district spending and hiring practices.

Superintendent Fred Czerwonka, Human Resources Director Doug Flowers and board member Dennis Snethen are named individually in the suit along with the district.

A lawyer who had represented the defendants pulled out unexpectedly two weeks ago due to a conflict of interest.

All of them are now being represented by different Kansas city-area law firms.
