St. Joseph Postmaster Tara Jarrett said the Post Office has seen slight delays and lower volumes of mail. Trucks from Kansas City could not make it on Tuesday because of the snow.
Crews organized local mail earlier in the week to make it more efficient during the storm.
Jarrett says they need the public's help as well in making it safer for the mail carriers.
"A lot of the routes they walk around, so any help we can get from the public really helps us in getting the mail to you," she said.
Jarrett said all mail deliveries were back to normal by Thursday. St. Joseph residents should receive out of town mail.
