The sessions will be held on Sat. March 3rd at the Red Cross, 401 N. 12th St.
The first session will be from 11 a.m. to noon and the second session will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The training will focus on how to respond to an adult victim of cardiac arrest and introduce automated external defibrillators (AED) skills.
Space is limited, so the Red Cross is encouraging participants to pre-register.
