SJSD Educator Honored for Connecting Students with Technology

(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) Technology is a part of the learning process for students these days and educators are doing their part to embrace the new way of teaching.

Sean Nash, a St. Joseph School District educator, is being recognized for his role in connecting students with technology through Project Connect.

Nash, an instructional technology specialist, is one of nine leaders to be honored as a Midwest Spotlight Educator.

He was chosen for his role in helping students and teachers learn new skills and boost academic achievement through technology.

Nash will be honored at the 2013 Midwest Education Technology Conference next February.
