Voters rejected the $4.2 million dollar bond to help pay to build a new middle school for the South Harrison R-2 School District.
This time, the district asked for less money, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
The bond failed with 38-percent of the vote.
School officials say the new building is needed to help relieve overcrowding.
The bond failed both in last April's election and in the August primary.
