Cara L. Clark, 43, Savannah, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 20, 2013 at a local hospital.
Cara was born October 6, 1970 in Savannah to Ronald and Adrianne (Boatright) Clark. She graduated from Savannah High School in 1989 and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University.
Cara was the family “baker” and a caring friend to all. Her dog, Copper, was her best friend and together they walked the town regularly, visiting with all those whose path they crossed.
In keeping with her caring unselfish nature, she donated her organs to those in need.
Cara was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Mildred Boatright and Orval and Ruth Clark.
Survivors include her parents; Ronald and Adrianne Clark; brother, Dirck and Tracey Clark, Emily and Boone, Savannah, Missouri; sister, Carla and Kurt Killen, Conor, Brenna and Matthew, Kansas City, Missouri; brother, Timothy and Susan Clark, Molly and Sarah, Saint Louis, Missouri; and her beloved dog, Copper.
Memorial services 11:30 am Wednesday at Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel. Visitation will begin at 10 am Wednesday at our Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10 to 11:30 am. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Andrew County Ministries or the Rolling Hills Library.
