Jacquelyn was born on July 11, 1944, in Atchison, Kansas. She was a graduate of DeKalb R-4 High School and was a member of Frederick Blvd. Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lovell T. and Lillian L. (Shotwell) West; infant brother, Thomas and grandson, Richard Martin.
Jacquelyn married Russell Allen “Bud” Martin on March 18, 1963 in St. Joseph. He survives of the home. Other survivors include her son, Scott Martin; daughter, Paula Enns (John), sister, Mary Jane Fisher (Bill); three grandsons, Christopher and Cameron Henderson and Daniel Enns; and two nephews, Jeff (Katie) Fisher and B.J. Fisher.
Services 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2013 at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel . Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will begin after 9:00 a.m. Sunday at the Chapel, where the family will receive friends 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday. The family suggests memorial contributions to Hands of Hope Hospice.
