Rosemary “Rosie” (Clark) Lance, 54, Savannah, MO, went to her Heavenly home on December 5, 2013 at Heartland Hospital.

She was born on February 15, 1959 in Minassas VA to William and Mary Lou (Maag) Lance.

Rosie graduated from Troy High School, Troy, KS, and also took several online classes receiving her Master’s Degree in Accounting. Rosie worked various jobs as a candy striper for Sister’s Hospital, a nanny, office clerk managing apartment complexes, motels and also was a bus monitor for special needs students. Roseie enjoyed fishing, crocheting, baking and loved bowling and was an inspirational person who loved spending time with her large family, grandchildren and a host of friends. She was always happy and joyful and was constantly giving words of wisdom to her family and friends.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her father, William Clark, adopted father, Phillip Maag; grandparents.

Survivors are her mother, Mary Lou; boyfriend, Ronald Mower; daughters, Bonnie (Thomas) Wasson, Jerri (Jerad) Lewis, all of Savannah, MO; step-daughters, Debbie (William) Piearson, Nona Walters, both of St. Joseph, MO, Jennifer (Ben) Brazell, Columbia, MO, Kelly (Anthony) Dishong, Atchisaon, Kaysee Lance, Savannah, MO; brothers, Samual Maag, Larry Maag, Isiah Earl, all of Atchison, KS; sisters, Rhonda Smith, Pam (Brent) Crawley, Maria Almanza, all of Atchison, KS, Jamie Mabion, Maggie Bowles, both of St. Joseph, MO, Bonnie McCloud, Littlerock, AK, Trina Moss; 17 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

Rosie was cremated with a Memorial Celebration of Life held 2 PM Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Breit – Hawkins Funeral Home, Savannah, MO. Memorial donation to the choice of the donor.
