Terry L. Neely, 59, Country Club Village, Missouri, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013 at his home.
Terry was born June 11, 1954 in Bellevue, Ohio to James Wilbur and Mary Magdalene (Howard) Neely. He graduated from North Andrew High School and served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Terry married Cindy Beattie on February 14, 1975, and together they raised two children.
Mr. Neely was a project manager/engineer for AGP. He was a devoted member of Saint Paul United Methodist Church.
Terry was an avid golfer at Duncan Hills. He also loved hunting and was an enthusiastic Mizzou fan. Terry was a kind hearted man and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother and sister, Carey and Diane Neely.
Survivors include wife, Cindy Neely, of the home; daughters, Ashley (Casey) Lance, and Kensey Neely, St. Joseph, Missouri; siblings, James R. (Lori) Neely, Durham, North Carolina, Johnney D. (Teresea) Neely, Cosby, Missouri, Tammy M. (Terry) Looney, Springfield, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service 6 pm, Thursday at Saint Paul United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 3:30 to 6 pm Thursday afternoon at the Church. Inurnment Savannah Cemetery at a later date. Services under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel.
