Thelma May (Kime) Clevenger - Boling, 96, Savannah, Missouri passed from this life on Friday, October 25, 2013 at Shady Lawn Nursing Home in Savannah.

She was born May 13, 1917 in Winona, Kansas to the late Lloyd & Elizabeth (Lundy) Kime.

Thelma married Theodor Clevenger on May 9, 1948 in Maryville, Missouri and he preceded her in death in 1981.

She married Jerry Boling December 26, 1982 and he survives of the home.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Thelma was a beautician for 74 years and she owned and operated Thelma’s Beauty Shop in Savannah since 1960. She and Jerry loved to go dancing.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Chester Kime, and sister, Nina Calderwood.

Survivors: her husband Jerry, of the home; son, David & Mary Clevenger, St. Joseph, MO;,daughter, Shirley & Ken DeSpain, Dawn, MO; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life: 2 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Breit-Hawkins Funeral Home; Savannah, MO. Interment will be in Savannah Cemetery. Public visitation and family receiving hours will be from 1 - 2PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
