(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) The Kansas City Chiefs held the team's first open practice at Missouri Western Thursday.

Fans lined up early at training camp to get their first glimpse at the team.

One diehard fan was in line at 10:00 a.m. to make sure she didn't miss out on the action.

"I'm ready for it and pumped up for it," said Lisa Kluck.

Kluck has attended every Chiefs training camp since it moved to St. Joseph five years ago.

This is the final guaranteed year of a five-year contract.

No word, yet, on if the university will continue to host the Chiefs for training camp.

"It'll be really sad and heartbreaking, but I hope they stay," said Kluck.

"You know, it's obviously the number one question we get. Are they coming back? And you know what, it's hard to say right now," said Missouri Western Associate Athletics Director Brett Esely.

Until that decision is made, Chiefs fans like Kluck are just happy to see the red and gold back on the gridiron once again.

"Full of excitement and ready to go, and see my team play and practice for training camp," said Kluck.
